Lite Bite croutons
Lite Bite is a range of light eating croutons with enhanced textural characteristics. After an initial light crispy bite, the crouton melts in the mouth rather than remaining hard and crunchy. The products are particularly complimentary to salad applications. These are available in 13mm x 13mm x 24mm size and all in flavour options.

Home Style croutons
Home Style is a range of premium salad croutons made from a French-style breadstick, which is cut, toasted, oiled and flavoured. The range has been designed to give an irregular-shaped natural looking, home made crouton. Piece sizes are irregular in shape with a maximum size targeted around 13mm x 20mm x 20mm. The products are available in all varieties of flavour.

Pita Bread croutons
Pita bread croutons are made from pita bread, which has been dried, toasted, oil coated and seasoned. These provide a novel and interesting appearance and are particularly suited to ethnic type products. Individual pieces are flat, sized around 20mm square. Oil content is around 25%. The products are available in all varieties of flavour although Curry and Indian-type flavours are particularly complimentary.

Baked In croutons
Chaucer Foods can also produce croutons with baked in speciality seeds, vegetables etc which can further enhance visual appeal and flavour. These can be included in any size and shape of crouton. Current available options are:
